We recommend booking up to 3 months in advance to secure your preferred date and ensure availability, especially during busy seasons. The earlier, the better – we’d love to help you plan something amazing!

Yes - $50 deposit for soft play or $100 for balloon styling is required to secure your date. 

This deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new date if you cancel or reschedule at least 14 days before your event, subject to availability.

For cancellations made less than 14 days before the event, the deposit will be forfeited and may not be transferable.

Yes, a $100 bond is required at the time of hire. This bond is fully refundable once all hire items are returned clean and undamaged.

Refunds are processed promptly after the return inspection is completed.

Yes! You can choose DIY pick-up from Landsdale 6065 or opt for delivery and setup across Perth Metro. Delivery fees apply.

Our soft play setups are designed for children aged 0–5 years, providing a safe and fun environment for little ones. Adult supervision is required at all times to ensure safety and help children enjoy the play space responsibly.

Standard hire duration is 4 to 6 hours, between the hours of 830am-5pm, unless otherwise agreed.

Extended hire may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm.
